Kent Hammerstrom was trained in traditional animation at California Institute of the Arts where he received his B.F.A.
He has been working as an artist with Disney Creative since 2018. He has created 18 original oil paints for Disney and has been a featured artist at Epcot Festival of the Arts for 3 years. You can purchase his Disney artwork at Disneyland, Downtown Disney, Walt Disney World and Disney Springs.
He worked as a character animatior for the The Disney Animation Studio in Burbank, CA on the animated feature movies - "Pocahontas", "Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "Hercules".
He also worked with ILM in the San Francisco Bay area as a character animator on "Star Wars: Episode 1."
